What is a Co-Host?

Co-Hosts help listing owners take care of their home and guests! They're often a family member, neighbor, trusted friend, or someone the Host has hired to help with the listing.

 

As your co-hosts, here are the services we offer:

Guest Communication

Most of the time spent managing properties is responding to guests in a timely manner. We are here to answer questions, provide check in/check out information, as well as give recommendations to them. We utilize automated messaging so guests receive information about the property the second the booking is confirmed. They receive check in and checkout reminders as well.

Reservation Management

From the moment a guest inquires about a property, to providing check in instructions, we are here to ensure guests in your home enjoy their stay from the moment the booking takes place. We utilize property management software to track bookings so no double bookings occur across different channels.

Listing Optimization

We are experts in industry market trends that affect the success of vacation rentals. We don't believe in letting listings go stale- that's why we adjust pricing based on seasonality using best in breed dynamic pricing tools, update keywords, and refresh photos to ensure your home sees maximum conversion. 

Quality Assurance Communication

Our staff is trained to look for all the nuances that may come with a turn over. We believe cleaning and damage is our number one priority and needs to be kept to the highest standard. Nomadik communicates with the quality assurance staff in between every check in.

Listing Creation

Each short -term rental channel is different. We understand what separates each channel from one another to ensure listings dot all the i's and cross all the t's. We provide professional photography and captivating keywords to attract the audience of your choosing.

Cleaning Management

Caring for a short-term rental property requires around the clock upkeep. We coordinate all cleaning schedules with your preferred cleaning staff, or within our chosen cleaning company.

Rate Management

Seasonality, RenoTahoe events, weekends, and other factors affect nightly and seasonal rates to fluctuate. We adjust your property rates on a weekly basis to ensure we are maximizing your monthly revenue and occupancy, and staying competitive with the growing short-term rental market in RenoTahoe.

Transparency

Maintaining communication with our clients is extremely important to us. We provide home updates every month to make sure we keep clients up to date on reservation volume, reviews, as well as gross and net profits.
